You can either search our job portal directly for jobs for career starters or you can jump straight into the job as a graduate of a commercial or technical master's degree with at least two years of professional experience - with the JUMP trainee programme. An internship or thesis at the HÖRMANN Group are also popular door openers.
What is behind the JUMP programme?
The chance to gain exclusive insights into the tasks of company management. With the "Junior Management Programme" - JUMP for short - graduates of a commercial or technical Master's degree course start directly into the job. As part of the 18-month trainee programme, they work on defined projects, e.g. in the areas of strategy and corporate development. All trainees are supported by personal mentoring. All trainees also receive a permanent employment contract.

The situation is different for participants in the JUMP trainee programme: they are specially prepared for a career at HÖRMANN and immediately receive a permanent employment contract.

In which professions does HÖRMANN provide training?
As a technology company, our focus is naturally on technical apprenticeships. From automation technicians to mechatronics technicians and toolmakers, we need many skilled workers. We also regularly provide training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an industrial clerk.
What requirements do I need to fulfil for an apprenticeship?
For a technical apprenticeship, you need an intermediate school leaving certificate or at least a good secondary school leaving certificate with good grades in maths and physics. You should also be interested in technology and working with machines. Are you more interested in a commercial apprenticeship? Then it would be an advantage if you have your A-levels or a very good secondary school leaving certificate with good grades in maths and German. If you are also curious about business administration and enjoy working with figures and data, we look forward to receiving your application. Whether it's a technical or commercial career, at HÖRMANN you should above all enjoy working with others to achieve something.
What options do I have with the general higher education entrance qualification or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences?

You will also learn in a much more practice-orientated way than in a normal degree course, because you will spend half of the time working in our company.
